The Arizona Land Surveyor's' field work typically ranges from one to three hours at the site in Mesa. It takes an additional one to two hours to arrange the photos and data required to complete the form. We can typically return the completed FEMA Flood Elevation Certificate form by the same day the field work is scheduled. The latest the Flood Elevation Certificate would be returned is the following day.
Our scheduling is based on when we get approval of our cost quote. After accepting the bid, an agreement form is sent to you for signature via email. In that email the date the field work is scheduled will be provided. At that moment, the date of your service can only be altered by request or a delay in returning the signed work agreement. NOTE: Occasionally weather can cause an unavoidable chain reaction in service delays. We cannot work in the rain.
If you are on a tight schedule, let us know and we will tell you if we can meet your deadline.
We are very accurate with our scheduling. We care about our dependability.
