Zone A - Chandler - Flood Zone A, a dertermined by FEMA is an area which has at least a 1 percent annual chance of flooding but no detailed anylisis has been done to determine the actual Base Flood Elevation or depth
Zone AO - Chandler - Flood Zone AO, a dertermined by FEMA is an area which has at least a 1 percent annual chance of shallow flooding of 3 feet or less in a large area with flowing water. There will be a Flood Depth given, most often being 1 foot, which has been calulated by a detailed analysis of the area
Zone AH - Chandler - Flood Zone AH, a dertermined by FEMA is an area which has at least a 1 percent chance of shallow flooding in an area subject to ponding. There will be a Base Flood Elevation provided which is based on detailed calculations of the area.
Zone AE - Chandler - Flood Zone AE, a dertermined by FEMA is an area which has at least a 1 percent chance of flooding, typically along a flowing stream. There will be Base Flood Elevations given along the flowing area and a calculation is made to determine the Base Flood Elevation at the location of the building.
